What Do You Have To Lose By voting For President Obama
What do you have to loose? That was the question posed by many black Americans in the run up to the presidential election, and it remains one of the burning questions in the black community today. As the nation gears up for a historic election that will decide everything from the balance of power between a black president and a white president to the future of affirmative action, many are left wondering what all the fuss is about. Here are some things you need to know before casting your vote.
It certainly seems that the chemical compound called hydroxychloroquine is one of the hottest items on the political rally and publicity circuit. Hydroxychloroquine, an agent used in "unnatural and experimental drugs", was banned by the FDA after it was found that some black patients who had been exposed to the chemical suffered from psychiatric symptoms ranging from delusions to hallucinations.
There has also been additional interest generated over the last few weeks in the connection between hydroxychloroquine and a new type of sexually transmitted disease called "Covid-19 pandemic". This deadly disease has been known to affect some American Indians who in rural regions have contracted the disease from deer that have been drinking contaminated rivers. In response, the government is advising that all such individuals abstain from sex until the disease is gone. So, what do you have to lose, voting for a black man for president, or for that matter any other racial or ethnic group? Nothing really, but the possibility does exist that your life could be put at risk. So what do you have to lose besides that?
Recent news reports indicate that there are alarming amounts of Mrs. Plus, scientists now report that there is strong evidence that the new outbreak of flu viruses that are causing what are currently known as "Covid-19 symptoms" in the United States may well be an example of a "silent" pandemic. If this scenario is ever realized, it would spell disaster for the pharmaceutical industry and the American medical system, as well as threaten the health care of tens of millions of Americans.
So what do you have to lose by trying to stop the newest black swarming flu in America? You must first understand that even if the epidemic is stopped with a combination of effective antiviral medications and a robustly enforced public awareness campaign, the likelihood of a return is very high. The swarms have been known to return after a series of seasonal deaths. However, if no new individuals have come down with this deadly virus and it is deemed to be under control, there is a very good chance that it will once again erupt in our midst. Therefore, if you want to "recover" from whatever it is that threatens to claim your life, the best course of action is to try and prevent it in the first place.
In a time when many Americans have been down with the flu, the news regarding a new outbreak in Florida is being widely reported. On Friday, the state of Michigan announced that a second case of swine flu had been discovered in its largest city; Detroit. The news agency was not releasing any details on the patient or how he or she contracted the virus. The possible source of the infection is still being investigated. It has been established, however, that a large number of residents in the southern part of Michigan were affected by the recent outbreak of what is being termed "the flu." Although these are definitely risks to what do you have to lose by voting for President Obama, there are other dangers associated with his healthcare plan. The Republican presidential candidate, Mitt Romney, has been attacked by a Tea Party group over his health care plan for Massachusetts. In the primary, Mr. Romney garnered about forty-seven percent of the vote; his closest competitor was Senator John McCain who received about thirty-two percent.
President Obama faced a primary challenge from Senator John McCain, whose chances of winning the election are being touted as "flimsy." Two of the top four candidates in the Democratic field were viewed as too inexperienced to win the general election, and Mrs. Clinton was seen as the establishment favorite. Recently, a majority of African Americans in the country have decided to vote for either President Obama or Mrs. Clinton. With such a large percentage of African Americans backing the Democrats, what do you have to lose by voting for the president?
