What Do You Have to Lose, Other Than Your Vote

Do you want to hear the answer to what do you have to lose by voting for Obama? Well, I'll tell ya. Nothing. In fact, everything is going to be different when he gets elected.

Well, let me ask you, what do you have to lose by trying something new like President Obama? How much time was he spending with those "friends," the ones that we have all known and interacted with over the years? Did he spend any time listening to what I have to say about the state of our economy, job losses, rising fuel prices, jobless claims and health care costs going through the roof?

That's what do you have to lose by trying something new? Absolutely nothing. Remember folks, President Obama and his cabinet are exactly what the American people were voting for; change, hope and change - period. All the promises of change that we were promised, from the president himself to the cabinet, are now a reality and that includes fixing our horrible economy and restoring our once great nation to greatness once again.

So, what do you have to lose by trying something different, something to spark the economy, that will generate more jobs, which will pay the bills when everyone is not working anymore and when the fuel price hike takes effect and everyone finds that they can no longer afford gas? I heard that somewhere in Africa somewhere, but it is probably better for them to stay home and play a nice game of golf or tennis or whatever instead of trying to come to America and compete with the rest of the world? Maybe you'd like to call, "What do you have to loss" indeed.

So what do you have to lose by considering the Obama campaign's "what do you have to gain" agenda? The answer to that is nothing at all, in fact, it is exactly what African Americans wants; change, hope and a brand new future. And, if nothing else, this is the last chance that anyone has to vote for any of these three things and they get the chance to actually make some difference and impact history. This time, they actually get the power they always thought they would have. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

What do you have to gain by voting for Obama in November? Nothing except whatever it is that he believes in, which has been his whole life career. For decades, he has been railing against the "greed" of Wall Street and convincing black Americans that the Republican Party does not represent their interests. If the Democrats were in control of congress, the "greed" attitude of the Republican congressmen would be unacceptable and therefore, the black vote would go either way, with Republicans or Democrats.

And what do you have to lose by voting for President Barack in November? Nothing, because you will be a direct beneficiary of his policies, regardless of what anyone ever says. This is a campaign promise that the democratic ticket is going to keep to the end of their administration. There is nothing anyone can stop them from fulfilling and they will do everything in their power to make sure black Americans benefit from this historic win in the most diverse nation in the world.
