How Long Does It Take To Lose Belly Fat?

When we are first diagnosed with a belly fat problem, we start searching for answers on how long does it take to lose belly fat. People want to know if there is a quick and easy way to get rid of the excess pounds. The answer is no! There are many exercises that have been scientifically tested, and found to be very effective in helping people lose weight. However, they must be performed properly if they are to give you the best results possible. The most important question when thinking about how long does it take to lose belly fat is: What type of exercise should I do? Different exercises burn different amounts of calories. For example, doing a series of sit ups or crunches will not burn as many calories as simply doing a series of moderate aerobic exercises. Beginners and those on a weight-loss diet should perform cardio workouts two to three times a week and do strength training exercises like push-ups, sit ups, or a variety of other exercises three to four times a week.

What Do You Have To Lose?

"What do you have to loose?" was the headline on a press release about President Obama's visit to Louisiana during his presidential campaign. A year ago he said, "Nothing is further from the truth," on the stump in New Orleans. But now he asked African-American voters at a stop-party event in Louisiana what they had to lose. That's an argument that the rest of the country should be using: We're not in the entertainment business.

The reality is that black Americans are not interested in what do you have to lose. If President Obama was touring a golf course in Florida this weekend, "Do you have to win or lose?" would have been the question. It was another one of those conversations that we can all agree needs to be had. And yet it never came.

One might say that President Obama figured that if he talked about losing and being a good role model to black Americans, he'd turn some heads and get some positive coverage in the media, and thus, more black people would vote for him in the upcoming election. However, when President Obama talked to the African-American advisory committee of the Clinton Global Initiative Africa, no one seemed interested in what do you have to lose. How about some constructive comments that could change lives and the future for the better?

A question that should have been asked is what do you have to lose if the former first lady and former Senator from Massachusetts does not run for re-election this November. The optics of trying to put together a government in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and other natural disasters may have been difficult, but what do you have to lose if no one takes you seriously and every time you step out on the green, your image is questioned by the press, your constituents and national voters? It's really not newsworthy anymore when a former First Lady says she wants to be a Senator from Massachusetts again. If she wants to serve as an advisor to the President of the United States, she should have the right to do so.

There were comments made by the comedian Don Murphy, who used the word "cocaine" several times in his response to Obama's answer to the question; "What do you have to lose?" President Obama and his wife have never said anything about Cocaine use, nor will they be saying anything about it anytime soon. So, why are they worried about it now? What's their deal? The drug War is a hot topic, but if it didn't make any sense to the former President and his wife, why are they hyping it up right now? Is there some other agenda for the President's wife and campaign to distract from the many failures of her husband's administration?

Now then, lets talk about what do you have to lose by supporting Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination. You may recall when former President Bill Clinton was asked if he would run for president again in 2021; "No." This of course came as a surprise to the left and some people who still believed that he might run for re-election in 2021 because of the problems he had with the Monica Lewinsky scandal. However, after four years in the White House, the media turned on him and called him a weak leader, then he lost his governorship and word got out that he wouldn't be able to serve another term. With all this in mind, isn't it obvious to you that perhaps African Americans and other minorities ought to support Hillary Clinton?

Hillary has had her opportunities; after all, she was the secretary of state and the first lady for President George W. Bush. However, she did not become known as the "aces," as many Americans tend to call former First Ladies, because she did not do a good job during her first term as president; that's what you have to do when you're the incumbent; you have to do something, and that something is not being afraid to do what it takes to win. Additionally, Obama was hardly popular at the time because many Americans didn't think he was black enough, or he had the necessary "look" to be an African American; whereas Hillary Clinton comes off as a "professional," thus not being "coon." So, in four months Hillary Clinton has been the unchallenged front-runner for the Democratic nomination, and that is what do you have to lose by voting for her?

Are you starting to see the difference between the two major front-runners? I hope so, and there is one more thing that you need to know about the two front-runners. Senator Obama has been endorsed by General James Jones, and he is pictured as the future military commander, and Secretary of Defense. In fact, according to the book "Cooper's Files," General James Jones said he believes that President Barack Obama is the right man for the job, and that he can bring America into the twenty-first century by restoring American greatness, by showing the world that we are not weak, but up to the challenges we must face in the 21st century. You may, what do you have to lose by choosing Senator Obama over Hillary Clinton?
